UP for Arts launches campaign to celebrate Curran Apple Orchard’s 25th Anniversary
In honor of the 25th anniversary of Charles and Mary Curran’s legacy in creating an apple orchard park for University Place, UP for Arts is launching a campaign to obtain a life-size bronze horse sculpture, according to UP for Arts President Debbie Scoles.

High temps move concert to Curtis High, Aug. 3
Due to predicted excessive heat, CORE is moving the Thursday, August 3 concert in the Curran Orchard park to the AIR CONDITIONED Curtis High School Cafeteria located at 8425 40th St W in University Place. The concert will start at 6:30pm and end at 8pm. The concert will feature Clave Gringa, a Seattle-based Latin Jazz ensemble guaranteed to get you moving!
