Lakewood’s Lora Inouye earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh’s 60th midyear commencement Dec. 14 at Kolf Sports Center. About 700 students earned associate, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees and joined the ranks of more than 100,000 UWO alumni.
