Congrats to Lakewood City Council, Manager, Staff for a magnificent Strategic Plan document. This “snapshot” of our city is a commencement treasure worthy of time-capsule inclusion, state of community (achievement and aspiration). Acknowledging work done well with thoughtful vision and prudent care, it beacons community embrace for the work ahead, no less challenging than callings past, successfully addressed.
