Celebrate the holiday season with the city of Lakewood’s Holiday Parade of Lights and tree lighting.
Roads close at 3 p.m. and parade watchers can start to line the route any time after that. Festivities kick off at Lakewood City Hall at 4 p.m. The parade will begin around 4:30 p.m. Parade participants will leave from Park Lodge Elementary School and travel down Gravelly Lake Drive to Main Street in Lakewood Towne Center. They’ll head down Main Street and stop just past the roundabout in front of Lakewood City Hall where the city Christmas tree stands.
