Get behind the wheel of a Ford Model T in this one-of-a-kind learning experience! This one-day class is a unique hands-on experience for any car lover – it’s a wonderful chance to actually get behind the wheel of a Ford Model T vehicle. Take the class yourself, or give the experience as a gift to a friend! You are going to love learning about the “Tin Lizzie” history, maintenance, tips & tricks, and then a road test where you can drive a Model T yourself, apply what you learned, and see what makes it so unique! This course will teach the skills required to drive any Ford Model T, including coordination of hand and foot controls, use of spark and throttle control levers, proper shifting and stopping techniques, use of neutral and brake levers, and reversing. Plus, you’ll get a unique chance to tour the LeMay Collection and Marymount property! Class size is limited; pre-registration required. Lunch is included. Students must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license and insurance card.
