New Construction Underway in Village at Chambers Bay

Construction crews are hard at work at the northeast corner of Bridgeport Way West and 37th Street West, adjacent to the building that houses Five Guys, Orange Theory and MOD Pizza.

Plans call for a new 11,000-square-foot building (rendering pictured) to occupy the lot, which will ultimately house four commercial tenants. When finished, the project will complete the portion of the Village at Chambers Bay that stretches from 37th Street to Whole Foods on the east side of Bridgeport Way.
