Beginning this week, the City of University Place will be making improvements to Sunset Terrace Park (1902 Seaview Ave. W.). The existing gravel parking lot will be paved and widened to improve accessibility from the lot to the park amenities.
Although the playground will remain open during construction, the parking area and adjacent field will be closed. Construction is anticipated to be completed by March of 2025.
