In July, workers paved the parking lot, finished putting in the floors and ceiling, and installed windows, furniture, and shelves at the interim Lakewood Pierce County Library.
This month, library staff members are preparing the library to open with books and materials, and computers.

I am looking forward to the opening. I love the ladies at the Steilacoom branch and will miss them.
