Born in Tacoma, property owner in District 4, I worked very to make the Lincoln District livable, it is beyond disgusting, I now live 6 months out of the year in third world countries, they have police, safe, polite society is welcome! District 4 no police, not livable, everyone has quit living, no standards, just murder, mayhem and the homeless criminals! Thank you Catherine and the Tacoma council and City Manager!
