Gary Turney says
Couple things:
1) Link goes to the Council Meeting agenda, not the Transportation Plan.
2) Completely unrelated, item 3 on the agenda is the approval of an agreement for inspections and permits for the new construction at Western State Hospital. Does the state need those permits for hospital construction, or is this just a courtesy? If they need them, why not make them contingent upon the State limiting new Adult Family Homes in Lakewood? The two issues are generally related, and so far the state has refused to do anything about the saturation of AFH’s in Lakewood.
