With best wishes upon retirement from an extraordinary career guiding the progress and development of Lakewood, Washington, I am forever grateful for all that you have achieved to establish our city as an intentional, welcoming urban community with vision and courage to embrace the future.
I am surprised by Dave Bugher’s retirement. I hope you have a wonderful retirement. You deserve to have some quality time to relax. Thank you for all the quality time I had working with you as a code enforcement officer. I appreciate the tremendous support you gave me and others in the office. You were a tremendous asset to the city, enforcement program and the citizens of Lakewood. Be safe and stay healthy. Jim
