Do you have a little time on your hands and don’t feel like reading or watching TV? Do something creative and start crafting! You could work on some table decoration for your Christmas dinner. Or you could come up with a new ornament for your tree or evergreen branches. You might even find that there is still time to create a very personal Christmas gift. Whether something made from wood, paper, glass, or textile, something painted, sculpted, or a decorated jar of something home-made – crafting is something incredibly satisfying. It fills your time with a meditative quality while producing something that wasn’t there before. And if gifted away, the recipient will know that you made it especially for them and (hopefully) appreciate your time, effort, and creativity. There’s still time! Fill it with a wonderful experience for yourself and others.
