HEADS UP: Unfortunately, we found poison hemlock in the Ft. Steilacoom Dog Park. In order to protect you and your furry friends we have to close the Dog Park next Wednesday, May 17, and Thursday, May 18, to remove it.
Its been growing along the trails with blackberries forever. Nobody has ever done anything about it. I used to caution people picking berries if they had small children.
