Very glad Mayor Whalen took the approach he did. Protecting history within our City is the responsibility of all of us. On a big lift like this few, outside of the City, have the ability to make it happen.

Kudos to the mayor and others for taking the initiative to repair the vandalism. It’s sad that our community was unable to deter the destruction of history and monuments that has plagued the rest of the country.
