In the Lincoln District there are no police, it is a joke, when they do come they go out of their way to do nothing, always finding a excuse to abrogate responsibility. It is absolutely deplorable, I would be ashamed if I were a Tacoma Police officer, I could not and would not work in this lawless environment!
