Chief Moore has no perspective. Crime is out of control in Tacoma. How about a Crime Accountability Plan instead?
Lincoln District burglary of major Asian grocery, two police ask the witness of the crime if she is the victim, she is not the owner so the police would not arrest the criminals that were standing right there full of hubris, protect and serve! I agree with the witness police in the Lincoln District useless!
