Exactly what TPD needed. The lack of leadership in administration is definitely the root cause of Tacoma’s policing/crime issues.
Why is this news? Not that the Sub Times shouldn’t publish the presser but why does TPD think this is actually important?
Too many Chiefs, not enough indians – common situation in government these days, where even staff has staff.
