An announcement from Office of Jani Hitchen, Pierce County Council, District 6.
Last week Council appointed four members to the Redistricting Committee. We had some stellar candidates proposed by the two parties. The four will now appoint a fifth member to act as Chair. They have a lot of work ahead of them, and all this work will provide opportunities for you to offer feedback.
I want you know what is going on. For those that want to participate, we have a website that will list meeting dates, meeting materials, and when opportunities for comment and participation will happen.
