The Lakewood City Council will be holding a public hearing for the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Ordinance on September 7, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter.
At the August 23, 2021 Lakewood City Council Study Session the City Council will discuss the results from the ARPA community engagement efforts conducted over the past several months, and begin to consider polices and priorities for spending the City’s ARPA funds. There will also be an initial discussion about the ideas the City has collected from organizations for allocations
All persons may submit written comments about the amendments no later than noon on September 7, or testify during the public hearing in person at 6000 Main St SW., Lakewood WA 98499 in the 1st floor Council Chambers or virtually via ZOOM.
