On July 29, our 14-day case rate per 100,000 for July 7- July 20 is 135.5. The 14-day case rate offers the most reliable look at COVID-19 disease burden on Pierce County.
Our hospitalization rate is currently 3.7 per 100,000. Today we confirmed 71 COVID-19 cases and 2 deaths:
- A woman in her 70s from Frederickson.
- A man in his 60s from Edgewood/Fife/Milton.
Our totals are 52,986 cases and 634 deaths.
