I have a multi use property on canyon rd east. My tennants include a commercial sign co, with his emphasis on medical signage. His business is very affected by covid, which means his monthly rent is hard for him to make.
I also have an 84 unit mini storage and have a lot of units empty. There is aprox 20 units vacant. Tennants are having a hard time making their monthly payments and I have very little inquiries into renting. This has caused a big loss in revenue for me
