Thorne Lane preliminary plate and PDD denied

“The Applicant has applied for preliminary plat and planned development district (“PDD”) approval to subdivide 6.58 acres located at 8109 North Thorne Lane SW into twenty single family lots. A SEPA appeal has also been filed by two appellants contesting the issuance of a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) for the proposal.
