The City of Lakewood has been awarded a Department of Commerce “Increasing Residential Building Capacity” grant per E2SHB 1923 and is seeking proposals for professional services from consulting firms (hereinafter called “Consultant”) to lead public outreach and drafting efforts for a subarea plan, planned action, and a form-based development code for the Lakewood Station District Subarea Plan (LSDS) that has been identified in the City’s Comprehensive Plan.
The City of Lakewood will act as the project sponsor; the CEDD Planning Manager for Special Projects will serve as the project coordinator and as the point of contact for consulting services.
Deadline for Submittal
In order to be considered, Consultant qualifications and proposals must be filed with the City Clerk’s Office at 6000 Main Street SW, Lakewood, Wash., 98499, by 4:30 pm PST on Friday, December 6, 2019. The City of Lakewood reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
