Mark your calendars now to be a Champion for Youth. Communities in Schools of Lakewood will present its annual fundraising breakfast on Tuesday, March 19, at the McGavick Center on the campus of Clover Park Technical College. Doors open at 7:00 am when breakfast is served, The program begins at 7:30, and we promise you’ll be on your way by 8:30.
We are honored that our guest speaker will be Lieutenant Governor Cyrus Habib. Lt. Gov. Habib is focused on creating high-impact programs in three critical areas: higher education, veterans, and disability issues. And a key element of the program will be to hear from students themselves.
Guests will be invited make a contribution to our work with children to guide them to success. There is no charge to attend the event, but registration is required.
