Pierce County Library is taking technology learning to a new level with Get Smart, an expansion of its tech offerings.
Free classes in November and December are offered throughout the Pierce County Library System. Classes are usually 90 minutes in length and include topics such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 3D printing, using the Cloud and Internet for beginners. Drop-in help with tech questions is offered in many locations.
Library card holders also enjoy free access to premium online learning resources, such as Lynda.com, Treehouse.com and Microsoft IT Academy, along with free tech magazine downloads, tech books, e-books and more.
