Citizen of the Year, 4th of July Parade Marshal, Chamber of Commerce President “for life”, Salmon Bake chef. Those are just a few of the roles that Don Rehburg filled during his time in town.
They’re also just a few of the long-lasting contributions that Don and Betty Rehburg made to the Town on the Sound. An exhibit, showcasing the couple’s memorable contributions, is now showing at Steilacoom’s History Museum on Rainier Street.
Take time during the Oct. 4 Apple Squeeze to view this display that also features Betty Rehburg’s paintings, her 1940 satin wedding gown and wedding photos as well.
