In 2011, 800 enthusiastic men, women, boys and girls supported the first Lise and Faith Memorial Run/Walk. This year marks the fifth anniversary of this shared community endeavor to raise funds for families in need.
This event honors Lise (Macadangdang) Palmer who was struck by a car and killed while on vacation with her family. Her unborn daughter Faith also died. The 2015 Lise and Faith Memorial Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, August 15 at Heritage Park Recreation Center 9010 128th St E in Puyallup. The proceeds will go two local kids fighting cancer.
