Those living an agrarian lifestyle always keep an eye on the weather. Changes in weather patterns are a growing concern among those who raise food crops. Ruth Camp, PhD. will speak to LIFE on the potential impact on food production here in the U.S. and in other cultures. Consumer issues of accessibility to nutritional food, the rising cost of food, genetically modified foods, and the 2014 report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change will be among the topics discussed.
