The Annual Duck Daze Festival is nearly here with its fun, food, shopping, entertainment and more! This Saturday, June 7, join your friends in University Place at 10 a.m. as the Duck Parade marches down Bridgeport Way from 27th to 37th, ending near the Civic Building, where your family will experience a day full of excitement and delight.
At the Duck Daze Festival you will find: food, 50-plus exhibitors, arts & crafts, pony rides, bounce houses, rubber duck races and more. Make sure you check out the live animal appearances from the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium and the Parrot Ambassadors. Get caught up in the music with Ian Dobson’s Pan Leggo (Caribbean style steel drums). Visit the Fire & Police Open House or wander the extraordinary vintage and classic cars and motorcycles at the UPTown Cruisin’ Car Show. If you’re a true car enthusiast, show up at 9 a.m. when the Car Show kicks off the festivities early!
Enjoy all this and much more at the 2014 Duck Daze Festival from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 3609 Market Street West. It’s a day you and your family will not want to miss!
The Duck Daze Festival is sponsored in part by Umpqua Bank, Directors Mortgage and Vivid Images Photography LLC.
