Storybook Ballet Theatre’s Final Weekend

Tacoma City Ballet’s Third Annual Storybook Ballet Theatre Traditional Performance presents the final performances of 2014 this weekend. The Traditional Performance will be held on Saturday, May 17 at 1:00 & 3:00 PM, and on Sunday, May 18 at 1:00 and 3:00 PM, and Tickets are $5.

In Tacoma City Ballet’s beautiful Jan Collum Ballroom Theatre in The Merlino Art Center located at 508 6th Avenue in downtown Tacoma, Storybook Ballet Theatre, a family-friendly and budget-conscious production, promises to delight audiences of every age. Storybook Ballet Theatre features short ballets based on classic children’s fairy tales, nursery rhymes, proverbs, limericks, and fables. At just $5 per ticket and lasting only one hour, Tacoma City Ballet has created a fabulous performance the whole family will enjoy. Guests are encouraged to come costumed as their favorite storybook character.
