Celebrate Spring Break with discount to Hands On Children’s Museum

March 27, 2014 By Charles Wright Academy

UNIVERSITY PLACE – Spring Break is upon us and Charles Wright Academy and the Hands On Children’s Museum want to share a special $5 discount coupon. It is valid until May 1 and is worth nearly 50% off the price of admission.

Charles Wright worked with Hands On Children’s Museum on some fun Spring Break activities. These special activities kick off this weekend and include:

  • Creature Features: Craft creatures inspired by nature and outer space using electric scissors, glue guns, and recycled materials
  • Mud Pie Play: Mix, splat and sculpt a beautiful and oh-so-scrumptious mud pies in our Outdoor Discovery Center
  • Dinosaur Egg Hunt: Search high and low in the outdoor Discovery Center for dinosaur eggs and learn about the different places dinosaurs had nests
  • Silk Screen Sharks: Cut and place shark-themed paper to create awesome silk screen prints
  • Fish Prints: Use tempera paint on easels and learn about pattern making

Have fun.
