Spend a great day outside and learn how to prune at the Curran Apple Orchard Park. Free pruning parties are scheduled on the below Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Curran Apple Orchard Park, 3920 Grandview Drive W, in University Place.
Wear old clothes and boots along with bringing work gloves, hand pruners, hand saws, loppers and safety glasses if available. Some tools are available to borrow from the barn.
Master Gardeners will be present at all parties to provide advice on:

Volunteers are also needed to haul branches to the dumpsters. Refreshments are provided. Everyone is welcome to attend.
