Paige Cureton, an Organizer for Sustainable Works, will tell the Tacoma Narrows Rotary, on Tuesday, October 22 at 7 am, that residential homes account for an estimated 17 percent of greenhouse gas emissions in the United States. She will explain how the Washington State Jobs Bill can now access funding to make Tacoma homes more energy efficient, safe and comfortable, while reducing their carbon footprint.
The Rotary Club of Tacoma Narrows meets weekly at the Fircrest Golf Club for fellowship, breakfast, and an informative and interesting presentation from a guest speaker.
