Daniel Martin Adams was born in Panama City, Florida. His Family moved to Tacoma when he was two. He graduated from Lakes High School and lived in Lakewood. He worked for Gulf Oil Co. and US Oil Co. He was an avid scuba diver when he was young and loved football. He is survived by an older brother and a younger sister.
Michael Joseph Herley was born to Joseph and Lillian (Stevens) Herley on October 21, 1928 in Monroe, WA.
Michael was called to home to Heaven on September 30, 2013 surrounded by his friends and family.
Michael enlisted in the US Army in September 1946 where he attained the rank of Corporal before being Honorably discharged in 1948.
On March 19, 1968 he married the love of his life Emma in Tacoma. He was co-owner with Emma of Ma’s Place Restaurant in Puyallup. Michael was a member of the Elks Lodge and Eagles Club.
Michael is survived by his wife Emma, his children Michael, Kevin, and Patrick. Four grandchildren, Mike, Courtney, Kale, and Kyle. Great-Grandchildren Caitlyn, Miles, Siles, Liam.
Michael will be missed by all those souls that he touched.

Edward Lee Jr. and Fay met at the Dover Air Force Base in Delaware during one of her many USO visits at the Airmen Club dance, that was friendly referred to as “The Rat Race” by Edward and his friends. They married on April 18, 1974. He spent 22 years in the Air Force, working as a jet engine mechanic and in the administrative department. He was a graduate of Castle Mount High School in Oakland, CA he also attended and graduated from Langley Community College, Clover Park Community College, and the University of Southern Illinois. He was strongly religious and was a member of Allen Temple AME Church, where he was a Brotherhood member. He loved his retirement, because he really got a chance to enjoy his all-time favorite pastime which was sleeping. He is survived by his wife Fay, his daughter Edwina, his two sons Kolbe and Delrrick, grandchildren Eddie and Faykindra, his sister Lorraine and her husband Bobby, Brother Stanley, nephews Steven, nieces Isha and Asha and a host of other relatives. He knocked on Heaven’s door, and God let him in.
Alice (Julson) Reed was born January 6, 1958 in Tacoma, Washington and left this world on September 30, 2013 with her soul mate and husband Curtis by her side.
She has a full but short life.
Alice had several jobs in her lifetime, last as a maintenance worker at Clover Park Technical School.
In heaven she will be greeted by her mother Marion (Curtit) Downing and father Leonard Julson. She is survived by her husband Curtis; sisters Mary Wheeler, Charleen Trierweiler, and Bonnie Flook; step-daughter Laura Reed and step-grandchildren Anecia and Andre.
A celebration of life will be held at the Willow Room in the Celebration of Life Center at Mountain View Funeral Home on October 9, 2013 at 11:30 AM.
