Sightings of apple-laden branches are not-so-subtle hints that Steilacoom’s popular Apple Squeeze is fast approaching. Scheduled for 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, in downtown Steilacoom, the annual Cider Pressing with plenty of apple pie, donuts and more, is a popular autumn event in the Town on the Sound.
