Friends of the DuPont Library will host a used book sale at Chloe Clark Elementary School, 1700 Palisade Blvd., on Saturday, Sept. 14, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. For information and directions, people may contact DuPont Pierce County Library, 1540 Wilmington Drive, 253-548-3326.
Donations of gently used books, CDs and DVDs are welcome. Funds from the book sale will help the Friends sponsor events for children and adults as well as furnishings and other needs at the library.
