Stars and Stripes, ACU, Lakewood Playhouse team up

September 5, 2013 By The Suburban Times

Stars and Stripes newspaper, and America’s Credit Union have teamed with the Lakewood Playhouse to help local military families while having fun at the theater.

For every new, unwrapped toy you take to an ACU branch, you receive a FREE ticket to see Arsenic and Old Lace, October 3 at Lakewood Playhouse, where there will also be FREE food, beverages and prizes.

It’s a fun night out helping Joint Base Lewis McChord’s Santa’s Castle.  Each year, Santa’s Castle is a place where military members needed a little extra economic assistance can get toys to put under their trees at home for their children.  This year the demand is much more, because Santa’s Castle is now also available to all local reserve military members, plus 97% of our troops are home this holiday.

Please get your group of friends and associates together, get those toys, drop them off for tickets, and join us October 3rd, 6 pm (show time at 7:30 pm) for a fun evening.

For more information about Santa’s Castle, please see jblmsantascastle.org/.
