Easter Sunrise Service at Mountain View Funeral Home

April 20, 2011 By Ben Sclair

By Kim Josue, Mountain View Funeral Home

This year marks our 67th Annual Easter Sunrise Service.  You and your entire family are invited to share in the beauty and inspiration of this traditional outdoor celebration held in our beautiful Memorial Park on April 24 at 6:30 am (4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW).

The Easter morning air will be alive with music and inspiration. The Easter Resurrection message will be delivered by Reverend Eric Pelz, and the lovely music of Dr. Ben Keller’s Lakes High School Concert Choir will fill the morning air.

The service begins promptly at 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 4th. There is ample free parking and seating is provided.  In case of inclement weather, services will be moved inside to our Celebration of Life Center.

Starting at 6:00 a.m. and immediately after the service, there will be light refreshments of coffee and bagels.

Please join us on this special occasion.  We look forward to seeing you.
