The Kennedys on Click! Cable TV

The Kennedys world premiere dramatic series will be seen exclusively on REELZCHANNEL, channel 59 on Click! Cable TV, beginning Sunday, April 3, 2011 at 8pm PT. The highly anticipated drama relives the public and private joys and tragedies of the most influential family in the world, including fraternal rivalries, mob associations, the drugs and the women. The series recreates the political crises that John F. Kennedy dealt with in the early days of his presidency including the Bay of Pigs invasion, the Cuban Missile Crisis that brought the world to the brink of nuclear war and the Civil Rights Movement. Viewers will see every twist and turn of this clans extraordinary story up to and including the assassinations of JFK and RFK.

The Kennedys boasts an all star line-up led by Greg Kinnear as John F. Kennedy, Barry Pepper as Robert F. Kennedy, Katie Holmes as Jacqueline Kennedy and Tom Wilkinson as Joseph Kennedy, Sr.

Episode Dates and Times:

Episode 1: Sunday, April 3, 8PM ET and PT
The Kennedys rally to put Jack in the White House but their difficult past illuminates a deeper struggle.

Episode 2: Sunday, April 3, 9PM ET and PT
The Presidential election comes down to the wire; Bobby tells Joe Sr. he’s leaving politics.

Episode 3: Tuesday, April 5, 8PM ET and PT
When the Bay of Pigs invasion proves disastrous, JFK makes a difficult decision he must later atone for.

Episode 4: Wednesday, April 6, 8PM ET and PT
The Russians build a wall separating East and West Berlin while Bobby prepares to go after Sam Giancana.

Episode 5: Thursday, April 7, 8PM ET and PT
Riots over desegregation in the South force JFK to act. Jackie’s use of amphetamines continues. Joe Sr. suffers a stroke.

Episode 6: Friday, April 8, 8PM ET and PT
The Cuban Missile Crisis brings America and Russia to the brink of war. Jackie leaves JFK after one infidelity too many.

Episode 7: Sunday, April 10, 8PM ET and PT
Jack and Jackie suffer the loss of their newborn child; she and JFK are in Dallas on that fateful day in November.

Episode 8: Sunday, April 10, 9PM ET and PT
Bobby blames himself for his brother’s death. Five years later, tragedy strikes again.
