Pierce County Districting Committee to meet March 30

A Special Meeting of the Pierce County Districting Committee will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at the Pierce County Annex, 2401 South 35th Street, Conference Room A, Tacoma, WA 98409. The agenda is as follows:

1. Call to Order

2. Roll Call

3. Approval of Agenda

4. Approval of Minutes

5. Adoption of Rules of Procedure

6. Election of 5th Member/Chair

7. Election of Vice Chair

8. Overview of the Districting Committee Responsibilities, Agenda, and Timeline

9. Overview of the Open Public Meetings Act

10. Discussion regarding the Budget for the Districting Committee

11. Discussion of Selecting a Districting Master

12. Discussion of regular meeting dates, times, frequency and location of meetings

13. Other Business

14. Adjournment
