Morse Wildlife Preserve Open Trails Programs (April 10 noon – 4:00pm) – Best for ages 2 and up, free to Audubon members. Explore this natural treasure as you walk the trails and discover the beauty of the five habitat zones in the preserve. Located in Graham, the preserve has the following special open days. Tahoma Audubon Just for Kids
Budding Scientists – Ages 5-7, $9 per student. Young homeschoolers and other children begin science and nature exploration through games, walks, and crafts. Register by the Friday prior to the session. This class is held at the Adriana Hess Audubon Center in University Place.

Tahoma Audubon Adult Education
Intermediate Birder’s Class (Mondays, April 11 – May 2, 7:00pm – 9:00pm) – Adults 18 and up, $50/Audubon members, $65/non-member. Graduates of our beginning birding classes, avid backyard birders, and veteran birders new to the area will love this class! Our expert birding instructor will guide you to a cache of birding areas in the South Sound region and introduce you to a variety of birds in a wide range of habitats. Knowledge of field guide and binocular use desired. In addition to scheduled classes there are two local field trips planned. Class meets at Tacoma Nature Center.
