The University Place City Council will meet on Monday, January 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room (3715 Bridgeport Way West). Following is the agenda:

7:45 pm 5. PUBLIC HEARING – UNIVERSITY PLACE REFUSE RATE INCREASE – (Approve the

requested pass through rate increases for the UP Refuse and Lakewood Refuse in accordance with the current

refuse agreement.)

7:55 pm 6. UNIVERSITY PLACE TRAFFIC CODE ORDINANCE – (Revise the Traffic Code to adopt the

Washington model traffic ordinance as set for in WAC.)

8:05 pm 7. CIVIC BUILDING SIDEWALK AND BUILDING FIELD REVISIONS – (Authorize the City

Manager to execute Change Order #26 to the Civic Building contract with Jody Miller Construction, Inc. in the

amount of $54,085.84.)

RECESS TO STUDY SESSION – (At this time, Council will have the opportunity to study and discuss business issues
