Several times when I have tried to vote [in the AHS Challenge for Change] I get a message that I can vote only once in 24 hours, even though I haven’t voted for 2 or 3 days. If this glitch is a common one, the Pierce County project will be many votes behind, not because people aren’t voting but because the system won’t accept the vote.
Editor’s Note: I heard of similar complaints early in the voting process but nothing recently. I’ll pass your message along to Habitat for Humanity to see if there is something that can be done. At 5:21 PM on December 29 Tacoma-Pierce County leads Greater Columbus by 153 votes in the $25,000 AHS Challenge for Change. Vote every day through January 31 to help our friends in Tillicum.
