This year’s field includes four teams (Clackamas, Lane, Peninsula, and Skagit Valley) that qualified for the 2010 Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges Championship Tournament. Other teams include Olympic, Tacoma, and Wenatchee Valley, and the hosting Pierce College Raiders.

The tournament begins Friday, Dec. 10, with the following first-round matchups:

2 p.m. – Peninsula vs. Lane
4 p.m. – Tacoma vs. Skagit Valley
6 p.m. – Clackamas vs. Olympic
8 p.m. – Wenatchee Valley vs. Pierce

Second-round matches will begin at 1, 3, 5, and 7 p.m. Saturday.

Third-round matches will be at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday, with the tournament championship game at 3 p.m.

All games will be played in the Health Education Center gymnasium at Pierce College Fort Steilacoom, 9401 Farwest Drive SW, Lakewood.

Admission to the tournament is $6 per day for adults, $3 per day for students, seniors, and military personnel, and free for children younger than 12. A three-day tournament pass is available for $14. For more information, contact the Raiders Athletics Office at (253) 964-6613 or visit www.pierce.ctc.edu/athletics.
