Vikings in quarter finals Saturday

Curtis HS Football team defeated Auburn HS in the 4A WIAA Quarterfinal Playoff game last Friday night 31-0. The Vikings are advancing to the Semifinal game Saturday, November 27 at the Tacoma Dome, kick-off is at 7:00 PM. This will be a rematch of last years final game for the Vikings when they were defeated by Skyline HS (Issaquah School District). Skyline has been ranked by most media as the number 1 team in Washington State 4A while Curtis has been ranked number 2 all year.

Tournament passes and tickets are also available at the Tacoma Dome box office or through Ticketmaster at www.tacomadome.org. Single game tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for senior citizens and students with ASB cards. Tournament passes are $16 for adults and $11 for senior citizens and students with ASB cards. (Tickets purchased online are subject to additional fees and taxes.)

Practices for Curtis HS Girls Bowling began on November 1. The team consists of 26 members in grades 9-12. They have lost their first two
matches of the season. The first practices all of the other CHS winter sports began on Monday, November 15.
