For the third year in a row, Clover Park High School’s Homecoming Court featured a count and countess—selected from the school’s Life Skills classes. This year’s count and countess were Daniel Lee (right) and Emeila Myers (left).
“It’s important that our Life Skills students connect with their school community and have a way to experience high school in every way possible,” said Tara Beni, CPHS Life Skills teacher. “These students will never forget the cheering and support received by their peers during homecoming—I am proud to be a member of the respectful and accepting atmosphere of Clover Park.”
ASB leaders and their former advisor, Deena Christensen, came up with the idea to include Life Skills students in the Homecoming Court.Print This Post
