Homer looks forward to meeting the challenges BSA faces in this economy– from starting new Cub Scout Packs in lower income schools, to funding the insurance, camps and programs of all local BSA programs as well as raising funds to keep scouting vibrant, and to finding the dollars to support the 750 home-grown JROTC cadets in BSA training programs.
