We thank you for the amazing support you’ve given the Playground in the Pepsi Refresh contest. We know that hundreds of you have made a very strong effort. Unfortunately it has not been enough to make us competitive this month. We are suspending our effort to win this months contest and hope to re-enter in December or January at the $5K or $25K level.
We have learned that the number of votes it takes to be competitive at the $5K or $25K level is much fewer than what is necessary at $50K. If we are successful at re-entering the contest, and if we can count on you bring at least the same level of support that you have already shown, then we believe we have a very good chance winning a $25K or $5K grant for the Playground. Please take a much deserved break from the clicking at stay tuned for further developments. We will announce the winner of this month’s iPod Touch sweepstakes during the first week of November.
