Celebration Recovery

October 11, 2010 By Ben Sclair

Celebration Recovery, a Christian based Alcoholics Anonymous program, will meet at Set Free Ministries & Chapel, 4102 110th St SW, Suite #E, Lakewood, WA 98499 on October 16 at 5:30 pm. We help you to walk in your spiritual growth as well as in your sobriety. The truth is we are all addicted to something, drugs, alcohol, sex, shopping, food, gambling… you name it and we can get addicted to it. So it isn’t for just any one thing. It truly is an awesome program. Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous are to just hopefully keep you clean and sober, where as Celebration Recovery wants to take it further and help you grow in the Lord too.

“Celebrate Recovery” is NOT at all affliated with Alcoholics Anonymous.
“AA is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.” Copyright © by The A.A. Grapevine, Inc.
