Wednesday, April 28, 4:00 – 6:30 p.m. University Place residents, friends, and families will join together at the University Place Senior Center for an early evening Lasagna Dinner with live entertainment provided by Thomas Brooks. There will be door prize drawings for spa services such as therapeutic massage; plus lunches, dinners, and more. Gather friends and family to enjoy a feast of Vegetable Lasagna with Garden Salad, Breadsticks and Butter, Beverages, and Desserts.
100% of every ticket sold for the Festa Italiana Lasagna Dinner will go into the operating fund for the continuation of services provided by the University Place Senior Center. With the 2010 budget cuts, the senior center needs community support more than ever in order to continue providing all of its programs and classes.
The entire event is not only financially sponsored by, but also planned, prepared, cooked, and served by Bridgeport Place and University Place Care Center. Guest speakers Jeanne Frew, Admissions Director, and Jaynie Jones, Community Relations, will make a brief presentation during the dinner on senior living opportunities and services in University Place. http://soundcareinc.com
